Food Innovation Executive Boot Camp will be a 2-day intense workshop held in the Food Innovation Program OFFICUCINA in Reggio Emilia. The boot camp is designed to empower and advance the careers of forward thinking professionals already active in the food industry, both in Italy and abroad. The experience extracts the essential elements of the Food Innovation Program into core learnings specifically tailored to participants, providing useful methods and tools that aim to impact professional, organizational and, above all, personal growth.
DAY 1 | INSIGHT + FORESIGHT THINKING
This first day you will be introduced to insight and foresight thinking tools that will enable you to spot future trends in the food sector. This will help you better identify the important changes happening in your industry and how to foresight their impact.
DAY 2 | DESIGN THINKING FOR FOOD
A full day immersion workshop on Design Thinking for FOOD, a user-centered methodology focused on helping you gain deeper insights on your consumers and how to use those insights in creating and prototyping new ideas
