Food Innovation Program comes to Kyoto Design Lab!

We are happy to announce that Kyoto Design Lab is going to host the first ever Food Innovation Workshop in Japan!

Working in the Design Thinking framework, teams will visit local stakeholders to better understand their needs and context. Professor Matteo Vignoli from UNIMORE and Food Innovation program will be facilitating the workshop utilizing advanced innovation techniques developed at Stanford University and the Silicon Valley. This is also your opportunity to experience how innovation is practiced around the world.
