Food is a Conversation: La FuGa
In November Future Food Institute, together with the Trentino ecosystem of Bad Schörgau, where circularity and sustainability are key ingredients of its food offer, decided to found La FuGa, an international and multidisciplinary movement on the gastronomy of the future.
For the movement food is an instrument of awareness and education, especially for generations of young talents and agents of change, to change their approach to nutrition, bringing it closer to the needs of health human and the planet.
To make this possible, as Future food Institute, together with the founders of La FuGa, we have decided to launch into our Scuderia – Future Food Living Lab a new appointment of our Food is a Conversation, which will be held on February 27th at 18:30. Our Guests will be:
