Last November Future Food Institute, together with the Trentino ecosystem of Bad Schörgau, where circularity and sustainability are key ingredients of its food offer, decided to found La FuGa.
It’s an international, multidisciplinary movement that want to create an open space for everyone united by the aim to change the awareness on food.
La FuGa is an “Escape-Space” for people to gather and think out of the box, with no constraints, where is possible to discuss views with people from multiple disciplines and levels of expertise.
To make this possible, as Future food Institute, we have decided to launch into our Scuderia – Future Food Living Lab a new appointment of Food is a Conversation, which will be held on February 27th at 18:30.
